The purpose of this guidance is to inform considerations for adjustment of existing interventions described in the national RCCE plans so that they address and mitigate challenges faced by vulnerable population groups, particularly refugees and migrants, urban populations, populations living in informal urban settings. The document also presents some gender considerations for the COVID-19 RCCE response.
