The guidance sets out the basic methodology and approach developed for the 2020 review and subsequently pared down to make the process as light as possible while maximizing utility for CO staff.

The end product of the reviews are digital self-assessment reports (LHD quality reviews) that the COs will post to an online LHD resource-sharing platform used by UNICEF and external partners alike. The site will compile the reviews in one place to facilitate staff engagement and peer-to-peer learning on LHD issues, and will host a centralized database of compiled survey results with data visualizations, and related LHD resources.
