The purpose of this document is to provide Public Health Emergency (PHE) responders with a framework of considerations in order to integrate Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention, mitigation and response into UNICEF’s PHE response. The document is structured by each of UNICEF’s Core Commitments for Children (CCCs) in public health emergencies.
