The purpose of this note is to support child protection in emergencies personnel to programme appropriately for 0 to 8-year-old children. This technical note extends the basic content included in UNICEF’s Early Childhood Development in Emergencies: Integrated Programme Guide to help UNICEF staff and partners implement quality programmes in emergency settings.
